1. Eligibility
Partners must be a legally registered company or organization, submit accurate qualification materials, and pass platform review. Partner features (booth listings, member management, etc.) are unavailable until approved.
2. Data Compliance
Data accessed or used on the platform (exhibitions, companies, exhibitor information) must comply with applicable data protection regulations and the platform Data Processing Agreement, and may not be used beyond the agreed purpose or transferred to third parties.
3. Booth Listing Standards
Booth information published by partners must be accurate and not misleading. Every booth is reviewed by the platform before going public; listings that violate these standards will be taken down and may affect the reputation score.
4. Breach Handling
If a partner breaches this agreement or platform rules, the platform may issue warnings, restrict features, freeze the organization, or terminate the partnership depending on severity, and reserves the right to pursue further liability.
